Baby Buttons & Bows

I'm feeling guilty about not posting for 2 weeks. It's so easy to fall behind so this is my second post for today.

The paper players challenge is to make a simple baby card with buttons and bows. I don't have any buttons in my craft room. Still I wanted to play along so I created my own buttons from cardstock and punches.  Then  I  threaded the ribbon through the paper button holes.  Colored the image and ribbon with copics.   I layered some silver glimmer paper under the star border punch and added lots of little gems for extra bling.  My only regret is I wish I had gave the background some texture with an embossing folder.

Hope you enjoy the card and all the other entries at PPA133

  1. Super cute. Love your home made buttons, well done. I also love the silver glimmer paper under the star border punch. So glad you joined the Paper Players this week

  2. Oh my gosh that baby image is just adorable and you colored it so perfectly, Alannie! Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players this week!
